Digital Steps are free training modules to help New Zealanders use computers and the internet. Each covers a single topic. Digital Steps are designed for new computer users, take 2 hours each and are usually delivered in public libraries. .
The 2020 Trust launched the Stepping UP digital literacy programme in 2009 with support from Microsoft's Unlimited Potential programme. In 2013, the programme was expanded in partnership with public libraries.
